What is RCS messaging?
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the upgraded standard for text messaging, built into the default messaging apps on Android and on iPhone (iOS 18 and later). It lets businesses send messages that look and work like a mini app: branded, verified and interactive.
Customers don’t need to download anything. If a phone can’t receive RCS, your message is automatically delivered as a standard text instead, so no one misses it.
